What shall I do with my Pork chops?

I usually spread pesto on and grill or fry in balsamic vinegar. What do you usually do with yours?

i pop a dollop of apple sauce and then lay a slice of cheese over the top of mine.

last night grilled belly pork after marinating in mix of soy, mustard, honey, ketchup...(in other words whatever is in cupboard)
