Sounds like an advert. Sorry. But I just had the pea and broccoli rice one, and it was yummy. Did whiff a bit of broccoli when I took the lid off before cooking, but that soon disappeared, and it tasted great. I only saw that one, and the Tuscan bean stew in Waitrose when I bought it at the weekend, but will be keeping an eye out for the others.

Nobiggy - yes, just microwave, though they also have instructions for doing on the hob, or over a campfire .
