I've made vegetable risotto for ds1 and 2 and there is tons left (I made about 4 times too much).

Does it freeze ok or not?

Off the top of my head, not a great idea, re-heating rice is risky - high samonella risk involved. Sorry not to be more positive.

Found the following link for food standards agency, hope helps re-heating rice

i think if you freeze it now it'll be fine, as long as it hasn't been hanging around too long. i've certainly frozen rice dishes for ds in the past with no ill effects.

(I do it all the time)

I do it all the time and ds has been fine so far.
