i need to make a large chocolate cake - to feed about 35 children

am shite at baking

also i think i will need a new cake tin - how big should i buy?

Oh yes - I make all my cakes by hand - that's why I like this one so much - none of that creaming butter & sugar that makes your arm ache

By the way, when you're melting the choc / water/butter it looks like it will never work - just keep it on a low heat, keep gently stirring and it all comes together in the end.

i totally hate those tesco/asda ones where the icing melts your teeth
my teeth actually HURT when i eat those cakes

Well io never eat cake really so i don't know. I have heard from others that the Costco one is ok tho.

I am just that you can actually make cakes.

I am crap at any sort of baking!!

Doing ok atm. No appointment for scan yet tho

Had wine again last night and feel fine so thats a bonus

Gotta go get dd1 from nursery. Got meeting there. I am fundraiser arrrggghhh. Parents not wanting to get involved as usual.
