i dont think ive ever eaten scotch egg in my life-veggie or meat.but found some today i thought ds2 might like to try.but mmmm theyre yummy

They are fabulous! Made by Quorn (the ones I have are!) and they are the mycoprotein stuff (I think!). They don't last long in my house ...

steppie - do you want to borrow my mums slow cooker for stews - can also poach chicken salmon etc

Also cous cous - just needs boiling water from kettle and can be used in same way as rice and pasta and potatoes with other stuff - can do a tutorial for you over the weekend if you like!

We picked up some veggie Scotch Eggs from this company at Abergavenny Food Festival.

i got them in morrisons.was shocked as havent shopped there for ages as no veggie food but there was lots!
