Don't know whether to feel excited or nauseous

One of those dishes which you remember with fondness but the reality is somewhat different

Nigel Slater's recipe suggests wrapping the bangers in pancetta & putting wholegrain mustard in the batter. Pimped up toad

Are recipes like baby names? You think you are being so original, then everyon else is doing it too. I made toad for the DC last Friday for the first time ever.
