I want to make banana bread tonight

I don't have a loaf tin, is there anything I can use as an alternative?

I have a round cake tin (7"?), a flan dish, a swill roll tin/baking tray, a pyrex lasagne dish amongst other things..

any thoughts?

You could freeze the bananas until you get a loaf tin.

My banana cake recipe says you can do it in a loaf or round tin. What size loaf tin do you normally use? I think if it's the small your round tin should fit the bill nicely.

I have a muffin tin.. I make muffins at least a couple of times a month.. all prefect, except my banana ones.. which are stodgy and shite (if I'm honest lol) doesn't matter how much a vary the recipe.. Banana muffins are my nemesis.

I didn't, no. I made strawberry muffins instead, quick and easy and I had all the equipment lol
