Is this really a fair reflection of Lidl (article in today's Observer)?

I hope not.....

Lidl article in Observer

I ompletely disagree with her on the 'Lidl' experience - a) I save far more than £10 per £50 by shopping at Lidl b) it's not that bad, I mean, what is she expecting from a discount shop - the Fortnum and Mason Food Hall experience and c) plenty of Lidl own brand stuff is really good, no really. I like Lidl.

However the comments on how they treat their staff makes me not want to shop there at all anymore. Is she spouting crap?

I do hope Eva Wiseman googles her name

'You are encouraged to walk around with a big cardboard box, which makes it difficult to pick things up. There is a lot of stopping, and putting down your box, and putting some sardines in it, and picking it up again'.

Plainly she was not in any Lidl I've every been in. Never seen this regime. Perhaps she is too stupid to see the trolleys lined up outside.

woman is nuts.

I have done the box thing, I will admit.
