small frying pan, cook whatever ingredients you want in it (I do onions, potato, peas or whatever), transfer to another dish, wipe out frying pan and add just a little bit of oil so it doesn't stick. I usually use about four large eggs, but depends on size of pan really. whisk them up, put the cooked ingredients in and whizz round a bit, then put all back in frying pan, turn onto lowest setting and cook until it's nearly cooked through, with just a bit wobbly on top, then either put under grill or turn upside down and slide back in. it's best if you leave it for about ten minutes before eating.
