Due to the chronic neglect of my allotment I am the not very proud owner of two three foot long courgettes which I guess are now officially marrows. We don't really like marrow so I wondered about making some sort of chutney. Dos anyone have good recipe? Have seen one which calls for tomatoes and I wondered if they needed to be fresh or if you think I could get away with tinned ones as they'd be so much cheaper.
Not sure I can use them both for chuteny so if anyone lives near SW20 and wants one, let me know!
