I am in domestic goddess mode today, just made yummy blueberry jam and thinking about maybe making some lemon marmelade later on if I can be bothered cutting up all that peel.

So, all the MN jam makers, give me your best recipes and tips please.

My best idea is to use tiny jars - then when you give them away you can feel generous without giving too much jam away.
