Pizza for one

DS (4) has just announced that he wants a pizza. Since he has been home poorly today I thought I'd do one for him.

Anyone know how much flour to use? I've never made only one before and don't have the brainpower to figure out measures...

Me neither! But I suggest you make the same amount of base, cut it in half and freeze the rest!

I tried freezing before but the dough didn't some out very well - a bit stodgy. May start at 75g and see how we go.

I do 'special' Pizza for dd1 when she springs this on me and i have no pizza.

Toast one side of a slice of bread.

spread with a tom paste, spinkle with a mix herbs cover with grated cheese and toast until cheese is melted.
