I've got two which I bought for something but can't remember what

Can I chop and freeze them so they don't go to waste? And, do I need to do anything to them before freezing? Or can they just go in as they are?

Thank-you

i would blanche them in boiling water first and then freeze

try it, I'd be interested in knowing too.

I have frozen them many times in small portions for soup. I have never blanched - just washed and prepared. They are fine. Should I be blanching?

cheers Ruby, I will blanche first then freeze. Just wasn't sure as they're one thing that doesn't ever seem to get wasted in this house
