I've just looked at various recipes online and can't find one using stuff I've got. Gillian McKeith's uses tofu, others use bread which I'm trying to avoid. So, if I process a tin of kidney beans with onion, garlic, tomato pureee, some herbs and an egg to bind it and then bake them do you think they'll turn out ok? Or do I need something more liquidy? Spices? What should I put in? Can't be too hot as these are for ds and dd's lunch. TIA to anyone who can help!
