Hi

I bought some frozen chicken breats from the supermarket today as I could then just pop one out and defrost it for my ds dinner (13 months)

Do you think it is just as healthy buying it frozen to buying it fresh??

Almost certainly - was it a supermarket brand?

helsi · 23/02/2005 21:27

Yes - just try and get the ones with lower water content that way you get more for your money.

I buy fresh and then I cut mine into strips before freezing.

That way I can grill (straight from frozen) and stir fry 'cos it's quicker. (I'm too impatient)

helsi · 23/02/2005 21:34

I do that too Katiemac. I have bags of about 6-8 strips frozen so that like you I can do gougons or stir frys etc.
