Or rapid one needs 1 1/4 teasp yeast. Rest of it the same. Bake Rapid 1hr 55mins. You can use half and half white and wholemeal flour.

For a multigrain loaf (half white/half granary, which has a nice texture and makes great toast) you need:

1 teasp yeast (the special breadmaker stuff)
300g granary flour (I use Hovis Granary Malted Brown)
200g strong white bread flour
2 tablesp milk powder
1 tablesp sugar
1.5 teasp salt
25g butter
350ml water

Use the granary setting (takes 5 hours, but we always do ours overnight).Yummy!

50ml (2 floz) milk
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
295g (11 oz) bread flour

Put all ingredients in tin inorder according to you bread maker. set for white bread, medium crust. Press start.
