I asked this on here a while back

Defrost, roll out, score about 2cm round the edge, cover with pesto, top with anything you like and bake in the oven. Simple and lovely

Or can use as a pie top

If you have some fruit you can make a strudel

Mixed berries and apple works really well and sprinkle the top with demerara sugar and cinnamon

Also you could make sausage rolls (1 large or lots of little ones)

You can't beat a good old fashioned prawn vol-au-vent imho!

croissant pastry is different.

I buy it and use it for sausage rolls, or pie topping mostly.

Cover with raisins, cinnamon, butter and sugar and roll up. cut into 1/2 inch slices and bake at something like 180 until nicely puffed and yummy!
