does anyone know how to make cheesy twists like the ones they sell in tesco?

Lol, i just by the ready roll puff pastry and stick a load of cheese and pepper in it then cook it

Probably not the recipe you were after! They are lovely tho.

ready made puff pastry, roll out a bit, finely grate lots of cheese on (I use a mix of hard cheeses, you don't want a pizza topping after all) then salt and papper and paprika. Then roll out really thin so the cheese gets squished into the pastre.

Cut into strips with pizza cutter, twist up, and bake.

I use ready made PP with mature cheddar sprinkled on and then twist.
I use the scraps of pastry that are left over after making something else.

They are nice made with a fine grating of parmesan.
