I have my in laws here for lunch right now, I put quite a big joint of ham in the oven at 2 hours ago- how can I tell if its cooked??? Thanks

do the juices run clear when you stick something sharp in it?

Yes, although it doesn't feel very tender, do you think its done? Would be embarressing to poison them!

You could always slice it open to have a look?
