We are having a 'using old stuff out the freezer' day

So far DH has had Crumpets from Jun 07
DD & I had bagels from sometime in 2006

For tea we are having ribs (unspecified), garlic bread (only Jan 08), garlic mushrooms (mid 07), potato wedges (dec 07)

I just get the feeling it isn't a very balanced meal

Are these use-by dates or dates you think you bought them?!
