question about freezing

I'm planning on making some chicken dippers & fish fingers but wanted to make a large batch and then freeze some.

So, do I cook them & then freeze or make them up, freeze & cook once defrosted?

Boring question I know but don't want to poison anyone!

Think I'd cook them first. I freeze cooked chicken and fish in other recipes so can't see a problem. Also, can't help thinking a load of breadcrumbs would fall off, if you didn't cook them!

Good point about the breadcrumbs! Thanks, wish the recipe books would tell you at exactly which point you can freeze them!
