bath chaps are pig cheeks, not sure about others though.

Iklboo · 04/09/2008 15:34

Is that the same as brawn? That's a pressed meat made from pigs' cheeks

wessexgirl · 04/09/2008 15:35

Isn't a priddy oggy a Cornish pasty of some kind?

jesuswhatnext · 04/09/2008 15:38

i think brawn is calf brains, pigs cheeks are exactly that (uggh)

Mercy · 04/09/2008 15:45

Brawn is made from a pig's head.

I've never heard of the others. What are they?

zippitippitoes · 04/09/2008 15:45

bathb chap used to have bread crumbs on and be er soft and melting

priddy oggy is a cornish thi ng or south west

Nope - round here brawn is definitely made from pigs' cheeks (looks like shredded meat pressed in jelly which is what I suppose it is)
