Any recipes for prawns with pasta?

i usually fry some onion & garlic, add the prawns, then pop in a tin of tomatoes and some chilli. served with pasta this is yummy IMO

there is a lovely one in nigella express with sunblush tomatoes and chilli (so prob similar to Allie's).

A slightly posher (but still quick) variation on a theme:

cook down some cherry tomatoes and garlic in lots of olive oil, a splash a white wine and bit of cream if you have some. Add prawns and basil at end and warm through.

i do a variation of that with chunks of white fish too

Also, fry off onions (and your peppers) with some dried chilli, add a glass of white wine and a tin of tomatoes. Let this cook down until it's really thick and sticky, stir through the prawns to warm and a couple of tablespoons of creme fraiche.

Onion, garlic, birdseye chilli, red pepper, cherry tomatoes and half a tin of toms, seasoning and a bit of cream

And prawns, of course!

Simple and delish with spaghetti

Dp loved it, it had a great kick to it
