making egg fried rice & stir fried veggies for tea tonight

would you defrost the veg first? All I have in is a bag of frozen baby carrotts, broccoli, something else and sweetcorn. Would you defrost them through the day or just bung um in from frozen?

Defrost them/cook them slightly.

You want to be cooking the rice quickly so that it doesn't go soggy (it is already cooked so really you're just heating it through)

thanks BecauseImWorthIt. Wasn't sure because I'd normally just do egg fried rice on its own & then serve up with chicken stir fry or something along those lines rather than chucking something into it
