what to serve with scallops?

i have bought some lovely scallops and don't know what to serve with them. any ideas for potato/rice and veg sides? many thanks.

Chilli, garlic and ginger with stirfried pak choi and soy sauce

Or with bacon and cabbage.

According to masterchef someform of puree e.g. cauliflower or pea or and black pudding.

dp does - scallops, soy sauce, ginger, chilli & grapes .
