quick qu - can you freeze cooked macaroni cheese?

Might go a bit funny microwaving it after defrosting - heat it up in a pan.

The sauce might not be as wet when you defrost it - I usually add a bit more milk and a bit more cheese.

Yes, I do it all the time as DS adores macaroni cheese so I make vats of it and freeze in portions. It does dry a bit and you will need to grate more cheese on it, that's all.

Mind you I freeze everything including stir fries.
