apart from meatballs, what can you do with pork mince? veg wise I've got some corn, courgettes, a big mushroom, carrots, onions, potatoes.....suggestions gratefully received (asked DH to get something out the freezer to cook for tonight and that's what he took out - dunno who put it in there in the first place!)
