trying to recreate my summer hols of years gone by. at the moment we just make do with balsamic and olive oil on salad, but just wondering which oil and vinegar combo do they use in greece? I've got a greek cookbook but it just says vinegar and not which one. is it the same as white wine vinegar? TIA.
