Want to start making two meals out of one and want to make a chilli with quorn mince bulking it out a bit with chick peas or something. Does anyone know if i can reheat quorn the next day? We haven't got a microwave so it would be just heating it up in a pan on the hob.

Yep, no problem. You can freeze too...

I do it, with no probelm. I freeze it in batches too.

Why wouldn't you be able to? Like any food, if you're re-heating, make sure it's piping hot in the centre. Re-heating on the hob is easier to achieve this, as you can keep stirring the food.

Just wanted to make sure really, not the best cook in the world. I can freeze it too? Brilliant.
