Traditional/Italian Recipie books

Really want a good recipie book that has traditional English food. Would also be interested in any Italian recipie books too. Thanx

Passione by Gennaro Contaldo is a good Italian cookbook - he is one of Jamie Oliver's mentors. Also if you want quite a traditional English cookbook Mary Berry has all traditional things in amongst her complete cookbook, basically if you think of a dish it is normally in Mary Berry.

I really like this one for English food. Rick Stein's Food Heroes books are also good on trad English.
