URGENT - quick basis biscuit recipe needed so we cn ie them this afternoon!!!!

I have basic ingrediants in my cupboard - please help!

Butter Cookies
1 cup butter
1 cup of sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp grated lemon or orange rind

oven 325o
Cream butter; add sugar gradually. Blend until veyr light and creamy and beat in eggs. Add flour and grated rind. Stir until blended.
Cut out shapes and place on tray. Prick with fork to keep dough from puffing up. Bake for 10-15mins or until edges are golden.

Hope this works. Think the grated rind can be replaced with other stuff, depending on what cookies you want to make. Enjoy!
