I've frozen pasta bakes - they're not quite the same after (a bit mushy) so I tend to throw some cheese sauce over.

cool -do you just add extra water when you re-cook it? (am on a 'ready meals' drive at the mo in case I have a diar short week.)

I can't freeze pasta bakes in this house - they get eaten all too quickly!
