am going to google later and find some locally to enquire about. Other than that, there's a farmers market in town every other week so may take a trip to town on Weds this week

If you've never tried organic boxes before then it doesn't matter too much which ones are available in your area as long as you take the plunge and try one of them out sooner rather than later. Once you've started to get into the routine of having a box of lovely vegetables delivered every week, and working on how best to make use of them, you'll be glad that you started and can always change suppliers to try another one after a bit. I've had three different ones over the years on and off, but keep going back to organic boxes of one sort or another.

cheers for those links. Am quite happily shopping for fruit/veg from a gent on my local market atm who grows it all himself and has organic free range eggs as well from his own chickens.

The only thing I can't get from him unless I take oh on his days off is spuds because he sells huge sacks of them which I couldn't manage along with everything else plus the lo in buggy to get on the bus.

I am going to give a veg box a go in the near future though, would save the trekking to town & back on the bus. Having said that though, the gent on the market is lovely & always has something to suggest for me to try
