all the dry ingredients are measured and mixed. was about to do the wet when i remembered our lack of eggs. is there anything i can use instead?

Apparently mixing in a mashed banana can replace egg...

It wont be perfect but it may help - my youngest dd has dairy/egg allergy and I make cakes for her and put banana in instead of egg. they aren't as light but are ok.

I don't put eggs in muffins at all

self raising flour, baking powder, milk, sugar, blueberries or banana or choc chips (or a combination)

I put it in a meauring jug and wibble it about a bit (not too much as they are tough if overmixed) and bung it in cases
