My Kitchen Scales are broken - help!

Can anyone give me a basic batter mix in say 'cups' measurement. Enough to make 20 or so pancakes.

You need my cheats pancake mix, all you need is some way to measure half pints and pints (eg two glasses or plastic milk bottle with markings).

This makes a pint of mix.

Half a pint of milk. Add an egg. Top up to a pint with flour, mix as you go and just use your judgment for a little more flour or milk to get it right.
