Additive-free sausages?

Is there such a thing as additive-free sausages? (and ham, whilst we're at it).

I used to buy little Helen Browning (?) organic ones for DD but I haven't seen them in ages and they were too small for an adult anyway...

Any organic product should be additive-free. All the supermarkets do there own organic sausages and ham.

Love2bake, some additives are permitted in organic processed meat. All the ones that I've seen have a preservative in (sodium nitrite? nitrate?)

Really - I didn't know that
