I'd like have a go at making bread. I don't have a bread maker and don't want to make it in a loaf tin - I have a stone which I would like to bake it on.
I was looking at this recipe, from a previous thread, but could I forget the loaf tin bit and bake on the stoneware?
Anyone have a good beginners guide?
