hi yesterday you gave me a great recipe for valentines day which was chicken with mustard and honey. please can you tell me what mustard you use, if the dish is quite hot and is there any sauce? sorry to trouble you but you said how good it was so i want to make sure i get it right.thanks

Sorry clairebear - I was just looking in archives for a recipie for Chicken stew and came upon this one!!!! I know its quite late, but let me reply... I buy the mustard already made in pots. Mild mustard. The dish is not hot at all - you will be stunned when you taste it cause you wont taste the honey or the mustard, it just blends together to give an amazingly unique taste. There is not enough sauce for rice, however there is a bit for on top of the chicken itself, thats why i serve it with fries and salad, however, after you've made it once, and see how it is, i am sure you could add a bit of something (you dont want to alter the taste at all) to get more sauce
