Quiche receipe please....

I would like to make an easy quiche and make my own pastry. Does anyone have a nice easy receipe they can give me please? Thanks

Pre-heat the oven to 180 with a baking sheet in it
Pastry 8oz plain flour, 4oz fat(lard, butter, marg - up to you) rub together till breadcrumbs, add enough water to form ball
Roll out to fit your tin/dish, stab bottom and bake in oven on the pre heated sheet for 10-15 mins
DO NOT MUMSNET WHILE WAITING FOR IT, seems to go wrong when I do that!
Beat 3eggs in half pint of milk, add salt pepper, mustard powder, seasonings etc
Take pastry out of oven and squash any bubbles in the base
Turn oven down to 150
Grate cheese over bottom of pastry case, add fillings - ham, mushroom, onion whatever
Pour over egg mix and place back in oven on the baking sheet (to catch egg splashes and help cook base)for about an hour or till set.
