What can I do with sour cream?

I had 2 pots. I used one for fajitas. What can I do with the other?
Any ideas please?

Nigellas sour cream chocolate cake . But only if I can have the a slice.

either beef stroganoff which has sour cream stirred in at the end, or a goulash (same principle). Or some heavy calorific nachos!

I made mushroom stroganoff t'othre day

Put a couple of spoonfuls in meat gravy whenever you make some. Yum.

I always put sour cream in Beef Stroganoff...

How would a chicken and mushroom stroganoff be?
Does that sound nice? (have both ingredients in fridge)
