Defrosting a leg of lamb

I've got friends over for lunch tomorrow and took a leg of lamb out of the freezer on friday night - it will be ok to roast tomorrow won't it?

It has been defrosting in the fridge for the last 24 hours.

Some of them you can cook from frozen in a slow cooker...
