We are having our annual family BBQ which involves a sausage competition. Various family members will be submitting their porky entries but we need an impartial judge. if i post some pics on my profile will you all vote for your favourite sausage?

judgement should be based on overall appearance and creative thinking.There was another entry (my aunt's) that could not be photographed as it was basically her rolling the sausage (geddit? sausage roll)

The first one is sausages of the world, second is a sausage blood transfusion(!), third is the cake, fourth is the sausage sandwitch and fifth pic is the sausage jockey

Sausage jockey the best, good use of different sausages. I can't believe I'm typing this . The one getting the transfusion(?) is just scarey.

the transfusion entry was composed by a friend who has recently had a transfusion, therefore relevant to her and not completely random!

Weird unhealthy looking sausage man with what I deduce must be an IV line (although why, then, does he seem to be in a tinfoil coffin?) is the clear winner, IMO.

sausage jockey was voted most impressive by the independent adjudicator. My sister's partner won, although I am taking some credit for providing both the sausage and the playmobil man.

How it works: we all construct our sausage entries at home and unveil them at the BBQ. The sausages can be cooked, raw or a combination. The sausage must be edible ( which actually disqualifies this year's sausage sandwitch as there was a maggot in the sand!)

The sausage theme gets more bizarre each year. next year we are having a sausage olympics.

Relay race where a sausage is passed in place of a baton,

Diving competition - sausages thrown out of the bathroom window into a bowl of water.

Sausage-and-spoon race.

You get the idea. And yes, my family is mad.
