Basic pizza dough recipie please.

I cant remember how to make pizza dough, it has been so long since I last make it. Could someone please give me a basic recipe.

Erm, Sainsbro's do a packet mix which I just add warm water to - is completely idiotproof (me, not you) and works like a dream.

makes about 8 pizzas:

1000g strong white bread flour
2 x 7g sachets of dried yeast
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
just over a pint of water

put flour in big big bowl, make a well, add water, add yeast and sugar and salt, mix together with a fork. When it gets too difficult to mix, use your hands and kneed into dough. kneed for about 10 mins until springy. cover and leave in bowl for about 15 mins (it will rise)
roll out into pizza base shapes - use extra flour here to stop them sticking

Found it. Only makes one large or two small pizzas.

250g plain flour
5g yeast
150ml water
1 tsp of caster sugar
1/2 tsp of salt

Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl (I use food processor). Mix together. Slowly add water and mix well, knead and then leave for 10 mins before forming into pizza.
