easy oven only recipes

we've just moved into a new flat, and when the kitcen was installed they broke the gas pipe, and trapped it behind a cabinet so the gas man can't get to it. Until we can get this mess sorted out I need easy toddler friendly recipes only using the oven, no stove top. Our son's faves include pasta, mince meat, omlette, soups, none of which I can do. Any ideas? no pig or seafood recipes please

you can cook things on low in the oven - mince, casseroles, lasagne (instead of pasta), baked salmon (throw a load of sliced potatoes in as well)and soups
