Hubby and I were thinking of starting it this week as off on hols in September, and got a rather large muffin-top that I need to get rid of!
Has anyone been on it/is currently on it? If so, does is work and is it easy to follow?
Historically I have never really dieted, but since giving birth 11 months ago, the weight has just stayed on (probably all the biscuits and chocolate I chug now I am at home all day ). So I am a little apprehensive about going on a proper diet...
