oh my goodness!!!! How many calories????????

just had a lovely croissant but the bloody thing had 356 calories in it and i had load of jam tooso thats at least 400 cals
will have to be good all day now!!

Oh dear...some of the nicest things are loaded aren't they? I'm flagging on my diet. There are just so many lovely things to eat.

And they are 'empty' calories, you'll be starving again by 10.15.
