How long does bread need to prove for?

It's the 2nd proving after shaping

I think until it is double in size.

Bummer it won't fit on the tray it's on

I'm doing a sort of flat bread - DD wants garlic & cheese, DH wants cheese, I want garlic

So I split it into 3

half an hour for the second I thi k

Well - we will soon know

I think we have a bit of an issue

I now have 3 large loaves (with the appropriate flavourings)

So this didn't really work
