Recipe for chocolate ganache please

googled the recipe but do I use single or double cream and butter or no butter??
does anyone have a tried and tested recipe please?

I use sour cream in mine - would you like the recipe for that? Also uses butter and golden syrup - makes it a bit more fudgy...

OOOooh I ve never heard of doing it with sour cream! Think Ill do it with double cream and butter.
