recipe for hot choc fudge type sauce?

doing posh ice cream sundaes for dinner on sat, has anyone got a scrummy recipe for choc fudge sauce or similar please thank you. X

It's easy to make.

Melt a bar of good chocolate into a small tin of evaporated milk, stirring occasionally. Do the melting in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (keep the bowl out of the water so that it is just the steam that is in contact with the bottom of the bowl). It should take about 10 minutes.

Or just slowly melt a couple of Mars bars over low heat with some cream. Absolutely delicious.

400g dark chocolate melted in a saucepan with 1 cup condensed milk & knob of butter. Serve warm over icecream. Mmmmmmm.
