How can I make breadcrumbs?

I only have a hand blender and a jug blender - not a food processor... And can I freeze them to use in other recipes?

I would try the jug blender. Do you have stale bread? If not put it in the oven on very low for a few mins to dry it out a bit then whizz in the blender. You can freeze them.

I've only tried it once but used them straight from the freezer and it was fine. They're tiny so only take seconds to defrost.
